Bagyong Sendong

Hi guys! It has been a while since I last blogged.
Well, we just experienced "Flash Flood" for the 1st time. It's was like "oh no! what are we going to do? are we saving our things or what?" but fortunately we were calm in taking out our important things and luckily by God's grace the water was not too high. We had no electricity for almost a week. Then I prayed that the electricity will come back at my birthday, which it did. :) So here are some pictures of our house after sendong came.

Finally after a looooooooooong time :) Well, not really that long. So today December 7 '11 , Sacred Heart of Jesus Montessori School celebrated the Teacher's and Staffs day. So that means .... chosen students are substituting for the teachers. Too much for the intro let's proceed to the pictures.

Today I decided to blog about my favorite books.

My new favorite books are the Son of Neptune and The Lost Hero by Rick Riordan. It's really really nice. It's full of action and adventure. For those who are still looking for books that are worth the time, I suggest you read this two books. Or you could read the other books written by Rick Riordan.

Inkworld Trilogy

Hi! I'm gonna tell you about the books that I have read recently which is the 3rd book of the Inkworld trilogy.

To those who do not know about that book, well I guess I could give you a background of it. :)
It's a trilogy, written by Cornelia Funke.

this is Cornelia, with the 1st book Inkheart :)

So in Inkheart, the story goes like this.

Mortimer (Mo) Folchart is a bookbinder and has the rare gift of reading characters out of and into books while reading aloud; however, he does not have control over that. One night, reading a book called Inkheart , Mo accidentally reads his wife Resa into the book and reads some evil and cruel characters out of it. Nine years later Mo with his daughter and aunt Elionor tries to rescue Resa out of Inkheart and to return awful creatures back on the book's pages.
